Purple Non-Sulphora Bacteria (BPNS) are extremely versatile bacteria in their metabolism. They help to remove ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, phosphate and organic matter from aquariums and ornamental ponds.

BPNS will also contribute to substrate cleaning, improve transparency, reduce filter cleaning, help plant growth and prevent fish and invertebrate diseases.
